Learning Events at the Transformation Forum
Many organisations, whether in the public or private sector, say they are trying to ‘transform’. For some this means a radical rethink of how they deliver their service and for others it means the adoption of the latest management idea that appears to hold some water. But for all of them the key challenge is how to sustain the momentum for change and the results that all stakeholders experience, particularly customers.
The Aims of the Deming Forum are to:
- Create learning and networking opportunities for those who wish to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the Deming System of Management for Industry, Government and Education.
- Work with like minded partners to encourage learning and network
- Provide resources (including books and learning materials) to help individuals and organisations on their transformation journey.
